為了調(diào)動(dòng)廣大農(nóng)民群眾的種糧積極性，上林縣糧食部門積極推進(jìn)糧食訂單收購工作，切實(shí)地維護(hù)種糧農(nóng)民的利益。
實(shí)行訂單收購，穩(wěn)定糧食價(jià)格，維護(hù)種糧農(nóng)民的利益，一方面給農(nóng)民在售糧價(jià)格上吃上定心丸，另一方面使國(guó)家掌握了大量的糧源，確保國(guó)家糧食安全。9月12日，在該縣明亮、巷賢、大豐糧所，筆者看到農(nóng)民用農(nóng)用車?yán)卉囓嚨竟瘸鍪�，在收購過程中工作人員按照收購程序進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)、過磅、開票然后將售糧款直接兌現(xiàn)給售糧農(nóng)民，深受售糧農(nóng)民的歡迎。
